Welcome Folks,

If you have made the decision to bring your Fiancé to the United States to be married, this CD/E-Book can help you along that journey.

First let me say, there is no fast way of doing this, there is no way around the system, it is a step by step procedure that all must follow.
There is however some short cuts, that if you follow this guide, will save you many weeks of waiting through this process.

We recommend that you start with our Frequently Asked Questions, these will give you an overview of the system, including the Do's and Don’ts

Also, you may click here to get a Flow Chart of the immigration process.
For instructions on any form or sample forms, please visit our FORM PAGE

The process of bringing your loved one to the United States, can be done by anyone, you do not need a lawyer or legal consul.

All forms that are required are contained within this CD or can be obtained through the links provided.

There are a few documents you will need from your fiancé, these include:

1.Their Birth Certificate, you will need the long form of this document called “inextensa” This document should be certified (legalized by the proper authority in your fiancé’s home country)

2.Your fiancé should obtain a valid passport from their home country, this will be needed when the visa is issued

3.If your fiancé has been married before, they must send you their divorce certificates, certified and legalized by the same authority as their birth certificates

4.Each of you will need to fill out and sign a letter of intent to marry, this is a simple statement that both of you intend to marry each other upon entering the United States

You may as well start learning the immigration jargon right now, you the United States Citizen are the “Petitioner”, and your fiancé shall now be called the “Beneficiary”, this language will be used on all forms that are required by the United States Customs and Immigration Service.
There are two (2) agency’s that will be involved with your immigration process

1.The United States Customs and Immigration Service from now on called “USCIS”
2.The National Visa Center from now on called “NVC

There are several steps to bringing your loved one to the U.S., the entire process can take anywhere from 6 months to more than a year depending on when you file your documentation.

Begin by collecting the documentation as outlined above and fill out form I-129F and FORM G-325A, there is also a sample of this form that you can use as a guide when completing your form. Also please remember to list any children that will accompany your Fiance on Part B, question 13 of the I-129F
